Nordhoff Peek

For the second year in a row I have the pleasure of working with Greg Lepine’s Environmental Fields Studies class at Nordhoff High School.  We’ve been learning all about plants and propagation and they’ve been busily trying to grow plants for nearby restoration on the Ojai Meadow Preserve.  Right outside the classroom is a wonderful native plant garden which has fallen into a bit of disrepair.  We spent the late morning cleaning up, adding new plants and attending to various nursery duties.  Some highlights so you can see where your property tax dollars are going:
